Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Coordinator located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Sales and Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales and service coordination, handling logistics and Payment collection progress, coordinating with sales and support specialists, and ensuring smooth operations. Day-to-day tasks include streamlining service operations, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and service Coordination and Operations Management
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities (Tamil and English Must)
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the supply chain or technology industry is a plus
