About the Role

What You Will Do

• Provider Onboarding: Find and recruit service providers across various categories. This includes outbound calls and traveling within Hyderabad to meet them in person.
• End-to-End Support: Walk providers through the app, help them set up profiles (pricing, availability, documents), and ensure they are ready to work.
• Strategic Growth: Help create marketing content, refine our sales scripts, and provide direct feedback to our engineers to improve the app.
• Relationship Management: Manage your lead pipeline via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM to ensure no provider is left behind.
• Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and suggest creative ways to make it faster and easier.
  

Who You Are

• Multilingual: You can communicate clearly and persuasively in Telugu, Hindi, and English.ki
• People Person: You have the patience to explain new technology to people and the "hustle" to close a deal.
• Mobile: You own a vehicle (or are comfortable traveling) to meet providers across Hyderabad.
• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp for business, and mobile apps.
• Trustworthy & Creative: We are a growing team; we need someone who is reliable and can think on their feet.
