Role Description


“Sales & Project Engineer


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing technical projects from conception through completion, and serving as the primary liaison between customers and our engineering/production teams. This is a key role that blends engineering expertise with commercial acumen.

Experience & Qualification

·        Minimum 4-5 years of hands on experience on Heavy Industrial & Construction equipments like cranes, conveyors, Earth moving and Mining equipment.

·        Basic knowledge of hydraulic, electrical system and engine system

·        Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, site layouts, and material specifications.

·        Experience in site supervision, project execution, and client coordination

·        Willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, and installation supervision.

·    Full time Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from reputed Institute /

University with proficiency in AutoCad

. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

·        Proficiency in MS Office


Role And Responsibilities (


·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sectors that require Cable Cranes.

·        Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions

·        Develop technical proposals, commercial offers, and tender documentation.

·        Conduct product presentations and initiate technical discussions with clients and consultants.

·        Lead technical project planning and execution for cable crane installations.

·        Translate client requirements into technical specifications and work packages.

·        Lead and supervise the installation and commissioning of Cable cranes on client sites.

·        Maintain CRM entries, sales pipelines, and activity reports.

·        Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery.

·        Communication and coordination between technical and sales teams in Austria and India

·        Preparation and submission of RFQs for local supplies (wire ropes, steel parts, etc.)

·        Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and procurement teams.


After-Sales Service & Support


·        Coordinate troubleshooting and maintenance services for installed systems.

·        Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and warranty service support.

·        Provide training to client personnel for operational best practices and minor maintenance.

. Maintain feedback for continuous improvement of product and service offerings.
