In terms of Operations Management, you will oversee the entire order lifecycle, from inventory management to order fulfillment. You will coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products. Streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales and operational activities. Client Relationship Management is a significant part of this role, where you will act as the single point of contact for clients, handling any inquiries, issues, or feedback with professionalism. Building and fostering long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business will be essential. Sales Reporting and Analysis will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will monitor sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and generate regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and operational performance.
