Monitor expiry and freshness of raw and finished goods. 6. Menu Development & Innovation Innovate new product lines and limited-time offers. Participate in pricing and presentation strategy with the management. Suggest packaging improvements for takeaway/delivery. 7. Reporting & Coordination Report daily production, wastage, and special orders to management. Coordinate with outlet supervisor for real-time sales trends and feedback.
