Roles

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Zilmaa, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, building brand awareness, and creating a strong connection with our clients.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on B2C and B2B leads.
• Manage in-store and site visit consultations, offering personalized interior solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships by understanding their lifestyle, needs, and aspirations.
• Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth execution of client projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and event platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and agencies to roll out campaigns.
• Build and manage CRM strategies for customer engagement and retention.
• Track campaign performance and customer behavior to optimize future efforts.
• Represent Zilmaa at design expos, exhibitions, and networking events.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, interiors, real estate, or high-end consumer products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both Hindi & English).
• A flair for aesthetics, design thinking, and lifestyle branding.
• Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, Instagram, Canva, and Google Workspace is a plus.
