Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be at the forefront of our growth, gaining invaluable experience in two critical areas: vendor onboarding and sales support. You will be instrumental in building our network and driving our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Onboarding & Management:

• Assist in identifying and researching potential vendors, suppliers, and installation partners.
• Support the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, including initial outreach, communication, and documentation collection.
• Help maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth integration of new vendors.

2. Sales Support & Lead Generation:

• Support the sales team by generating qualified leads through market research, cold calling, and digital channels.
• Help prepare sales proposals, presentations, and marketing collaterals for clients.
• Learn and utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress.
• Participate in client meetings and sales pitches to understand the sales cycle.

3. Marketing Support:

• Assist in creating content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness.
• Contribute to brainstorming and executing local marketing campaigns.
• Help analyze competitor activity and market trends.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• A recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to learn about sales and the renewable energy sector.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
