Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Rajkot. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, providing training to clientele, managing sales operations, and contributing to marketing strategies. Daily tasks include meeting clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions that align with the company's product offerings and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and active Customer Service skills to engage and maintain relationships with clients effectively
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including strategizing and meeting sales targets
• Experience in leading or conducting Training sessions for clients or team members
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the piping or pumping industry is a plus
