Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for handling customer communications, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales activities. Daily tasks include creating and implementing sales strategies, training and coaching sales team members, and monitoring sales metrics to ensure goals are met. The specialist will work to develop and maintain relationships with clients, provide regular updates to management, and contribute to overall business development initiatives.
