About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP Data Services (DS) to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading client, Delaware India, focusing on designing, implementing, and optimizing master data solutions to ensure high data quality and governance across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging business and IT teams to deliver scalable data management solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and deliver SAP MDG and DS projects, including implementations, enhancements, and support. Design, develop, and configure MDG data models (e.g., Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance). Create and manage data quality rules, validation rules, derivation rules, and workflows in MDG. Integrate SAP MDG with other SAP and non-SAP systems using Data Services, SLT, or middleware. Develop and maintain ETL jobs in SAP Data Services for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Conduct data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and enrichment activities. Define and enforce data governance policies and best practices in collaboration with business stakeholders. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants or analysts.
