• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
• Utilize existing industry contacts to facilitate instant client onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics and client onboarding progress.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Minimum of 5 years

  of experience in sales lead generation or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding clients in the recruitment and staffing industry.
• Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
