As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Techzex Software Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, field visits, social media, and networking. - Promoting and selling Techzex Software services including websites, software, mobile apps, CRM, and digital marketing. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their business needs. - Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and revenue goals. - Coordinating with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery. - Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and competitors. - Preparing presentations, proposals, and sales reports. - Representing the company in client meetings, events, and exhibitions when required. The qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate (MBA/Marketing background preferred, but not mandatory). - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia. - Passion for sales, marketing, and customer handling. - Ability to achieve sales targets within deadlines. - Knowledge of IT / Digital Marketing services is an added advantage. - Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome.
