With over 20 years of industry expertise, the company is headquartered in Greater Noida and has built a strong reputation for quality, precision, and reliability. Sterling Arch’s in-house team of skilled engineers, designers, and project managers ensures that each project is executed with excellence and delivered on time.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing sales processes, identifying and engaging prospective clients, fostering customer relationships, and providing superior customer service. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to sales strategy planning, oversee execution, and facilitate training for team members as required to achieve sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management
Experienced in conducting Training sessions for sales teams
Knowledge of the PEB and construction industry is mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
