Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gr.Noida. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and developing marketing strategies. Daily tasks will involve engaging with prospects, managing sales pipelines, providing training to sales teams, and executing marketing campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to provide training and support to sales teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage
