Sales & Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Engage prospective buyers, investors, and channel partners.
• Communicate project details, pricing, and specifications clearly to customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high conversion and retention.
• Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage digital marketing activities: social media, listings, paid ads, and lead generation.
• Create and optimize listings on platforms such as 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com, etc.
• Develop and manage marketing collateral like brochures, videos, virtual tours, and ads.
• Track and analyze performance of marketing campaigns to improve lead quality and ROI.
• Organize project launches, open house events, channel partner meets, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with design, content, and advertising teams to enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of real estate trends, pricing, and local market insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and real estate listing portals.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential/commercial project sales.
• Familiarity with RERA documentation and compliance.
• Strong network with local brokers and channel partners.
