Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Barasat. The role involves executing marketing strategies, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service, delivering sales training, and managing sales processes to maximize company revenue.

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to offer Training and mentorship in sales-related activities
• Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is an added advantage
