Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ghaziabad. The Specialist will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and assisting in training programs to support the sales team. Additionally, responsibilities will include overseeing aspects of sales management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns. Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address customer needs.
• Sales and Sales Management experience to identify opportunities, meet sales goals, and lead sales efforts.
• Proficiency in Training and guiding team members to optimize their sales performance and contribute to team objectives.
• Good understanding of marketing principles with the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to implement strategies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of managing client relationships effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the mining and metals industry is an added advantage.
