Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Adra, West Bengal, with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include customer service, overseeing sales operations, and conducting training for new initiatives. The role will also involve using marketing tactics to grow the brand's presence and revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
• Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and creating effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand reach.
• Ability to deliver Training sessions for new team members or stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of processes.
• Adaptability to hybrid work environments and proficiency in basic digital tools for managing sales and marketing operations.
• Relevant experience in the food or FMCG industry and knowledge of local markets will be an advantage.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
