ReatchAll is a technology-driven B2B online grocery & FMCG platform enabling retailers, restaurants, food courts, and HoReCa businesses to procure quality products at competitive prices through a smart mobile app. We work closely with MSMEs, manufacturers, FPOs, and warehouse partners to create a data-driven, efficient, and transparent supply chain.Position SummaryWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to onboard B2B customers, install the ReatchAll app, educate users, and generate daily orders through field sales activities.This is a ground-level execution role involving direct visits to Retailers, Kirana Stores, Restaurants, Food Courts, Hotels, Cafes, Caterers, and Institutional Buyers.Key Responsibilities1. App Installation & OnboardingInstall the ReatchAll B2B App on customer mobile phonesComplete customer registration and KYC (GST / Non-GST)Explain:How to browse productsHow to place ordersPayment options & delivery timelines3. Order Generation & Relationship ManagementTake first and repeat orders through the appAssist customers in placing orders initiallyEnsure regular ordering and customer retentionBuild long-term relationships with store owners and purchase managers4. Market Intelligence & FeedbackCollect real-time market feedback on:PricingProduct availabilityCompetitor activitiesCustomer requirementsShare insights with the internal sales & operations team5.
