We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who believes in building relationships, not just closing deals. Someone who understands the value of trust, creativity, and storytelling in today's marketplace.

This is a people-first role. You'll be the bridge between our studio and our clients - understanding their needs, guiding them through our offerings, and helping them find pieces their customers will love.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with retail clients, designers, and partners with clarity and care

• Manage end-to-end sales process from inquiry to closing

• Support and train internal sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and performance

• Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships

• Represent NFDS at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings

• Coordinate with design and production teams to deliver on client expectations

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong sales acumen with an understanding of consultative selling

• Experience in sales team training and mentoring

• Knowledge of sales management tools and client pipelines

• A collaborative spirit who thrives in a creative, team-first culture

• Bonus: Experience in the jewelry or gemstone industry
