Job Description

Position: Production Manager (Jewellery Industry) Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete production process from design to final output Coordinate with CAD, casting, setting, polishing, and QC teams Ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards Handle production planning, team management & workflow scheduling Troubleshoot delays and manage vendor coordination (if applicable) Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing/production Strong understanding of the complete jewellery production cycle Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in both handmade and machine-made jewellery is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,757.87 - ₹65,399.46 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Location: Raja Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Preferred) Work Location: In person
