Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and reaching out to potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales operations. The specialist will also provide training to clients, build strong client relationships, and assist in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure their needs are met
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage sales processes
• Capability in Training to support and educate clients on product usage and benefits
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the machinery or food and beverage industry is a plus
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
