Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located at our office in Mumbai. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and promoting the company’s products to potential customers. The role also includes market research, preparation of sales reports, and active involvement in promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing expertise, including experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively represent the company to clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of metal products such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and related items is a strong advantage
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and manage promotional campaigns
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, along with proficiency in creating sales reports and evaluating sales performance
• Proficiency in tools and platforms related to sales and marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in industrial sales or the steel industry is preferred
