Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, driving business growth, and providing training to the sales team. The role requires extensive interaction with clients, addressing customer queries, presenting solutions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management within a competitive industry
• Customer Service experience to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
• Experience in Training to support and develop team members
• Strategic thinking and business development abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Past experience in industrial plastics, logistics, or waste management is a plus
