Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting solar energy solutions to potential clients, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer inquiries, providing training to clients, and delivering excellent customer service. The role will also involve working closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and achieve revenue targets for the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and the ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Capacity to deliver training and share product knowledge to support customer engagement
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple leads and projects
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with renewable energy or solar solutions is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
