Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Navi Mumbai. The main responsibilities include engaging with clients, managing customer relationships, driving sales targets, coordinating marketing strategies, and conducting training sessions to enhance team performance. Additionally, the role requires analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and address customer needs effectively
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management. Experience with Polyurethane products will add advantages.
• Ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Proficiency in market analysis to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing practices is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred
