Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Indore. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, managing sales pipelines, providing support and training to clients, and contributing to market research efforts to identify industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Ability to develop Sales strategies and manage Sales processes to achieve organizational goals
• Experience in delivering Training and support sessions to clients and team members
• Proficiency in Sales Management, with a focus on achieving sales targets and leading efforts to drive growth
• Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Relevant experience in sales and marketing roles within similar industries is a plus
