The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining product knowledge, demonstrating vehicle features, managing customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also participate in promotional activities and maintain the showroom’s presentation standards. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills and a passion for automotive sales Ability to understand and explain automotive features and benefits Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
