Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include promoting company services, managing customer accounts, delivering excellent customer service, and organizing sales and marketing campaigns. The candidate will also provide training to clients as required and support the team in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve their inquiries.
• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, build strategies, and achieve targets.
• Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members to ensure successful knowledge transfer and utilization of services.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and relationship-building with a customer-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or IT services will be considered an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
