Job Purpose

To promote the institute’s courses and programs, drive student admissions, strengthen brand presence, and build long-term relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate partners.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Admissions

  • Achieve admission/enrollment targets set by the institute.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, fee structures, and career opportunities.
  • Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media leads) and convert them into admissions.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and consultants for lead generation.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and open-house sessions to promote programs.

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (print, digital, outdoor, events) to increase visibility.
  • Manage social media pages, digital campaigns, and website updates to attract leads.
  • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, and advertisements.
  • Coordinate with media agencies, event organizers, and vendors for promotions.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all communication platforms.

Business Development

  • Identify and explore new markets, tie-ups, and collaborations for student outreach.
  • Represent the institute at education fairs, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and corporates for referrals.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track daily/weekly leads, inquiries, and conversion ratios.
  • Prepare sales reports and suggest strategies to improve admissions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend innovative strategies.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and counseling abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to meet admission targets.
