Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Firozpur Cantonment. The role involves managing customer relationships through effective communication and customer service skills. The selected candidate will oversee and develop sales initiatives, train team members, and execute sales management strategies to achieve organizational goals and increase brand presence. You will identify opportunities for growth, support marketing efforts, and collaborate with teams to drive business success.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in achieving targets and implementing strategic sales plans
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships and address customer needs effectively
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall performance and productivity
• Solid understanding of marketing concepts to support sales strategies and promote brand awareness
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in data analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
• Previous experience in the beverages or consumer goods industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work on-site
