Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, conducting customer service training, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role will also include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in providing Training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the footwear industry is a plus
