Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory General Manager located in Bahadurgarh. The Factory General Manager will oversee daily factory operations, manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards. The role also involves coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, and implementing efficiency improvements. Additional responsibilities include team management and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Experience in managing production schedules and overseeing daily factory operations Strong background in quality control and maintaining safety standards Skills in team management, coordination, and communication Proficiency in budget management and implementing efficiency improvements Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus Proven experience in the footwear or manufacturing industry is preferred Ability to work on-site and manage a large team effectively
