Sales And Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of media, branding, and digital marketing services.
• Pitch Bulls I Media’s offerings to corporates, startups, and agencies.
• Close sales deals and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain CRM records and generate weekly sales reports.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions to build brand visibility.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Manage company social media channels, email campaigns, and website content.
• Collaborate with the creative team for promotional materials and client presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI.

Requirements:

• MBA and Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (media/advertising industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is a plus.
