Sales Pitching & Conversion: Pitch services effectively, handle objections, and close deals. Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction. Market Research & Reporting: Track local trends, gather insights, and report findings. Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Qualifications Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) Preferred: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or Communication Preferred Skills & Qualities Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/Bengali and basic English. Experience in field sales and customer-facing roles. Good knowledge of the local market in Kolkata. Confidence in building and managing customer relationships. Basic familiarity with digital tools (WhatsApp, email, etc.). Target-driven mindset with a professional appearance and a go-getter attitude. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
