We are rapidly expanding and seeking dynamic individuals to drive on-ground promotions and user acquisition.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for taking CelonFit directly to people—colleges, corporate parks, markets, gyms and public spaces—creating awareness, generating downloads, and driving conversions.

This role combines field marketing, sales, and brand promotions.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing & Promotions

• Conduct on-ground promotions at targeted high-footfall areas.
• Set up kiosks, banners, standees, and manage micro-events.
• Perform door-to-door / society outreach to explain the pay-per-use model.
• Conduct product demos and help users download & register on the CelonFit App.

Sales & Acquisition

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for app downloads and first-time paid sessions.
• Convince people why CelonFit’s pay per session model is better than costly monthly gym memberships.
• Use coupon codes and limited-time offers to boost conversions.

Brand Communication

• Represent CelonFit as a friendly fitness advisor.
• Collect customer feedback and share real-world insights with the marketing team.
• Build brand recall through consistent outreach.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Growth & Marketing team.
• Support influencer activations and campus marketing.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication (English or Hindi).
• Energetic, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
• Basic understanding of fitness trends (good to have).
• Sales mindset—ability to convert interest into action.
