The firm works closely with leading banks, financial institutions, and property investors to facilitate transparent auction processes and value-driven recoveries. Role Overview: The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening broker relations. This role involves sourcing active brokers, approaching new clients, and promoting our property auction services through calls, emails, and networking. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and networking. Identify, connect, and onboard experienced real estate brokers. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and property investors. Explain the company’s services persuasively to potential clients and partners. Track and update client data, broker partnerships, and leads in CRM tools. Achieve lead conversion and client acquisition targets. Required Skills & Experience: 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, auctions, or business development. Strong communication and convincing ability (verbal and written). Proven experience in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation. Ability to build industry connections and source active brokers. Self-driven, confident, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. Education: Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
