We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Promotional Staff Member to represent our gym/fitness brand, drive memberships, and create excitement about our services.
You will engage with potential members both on-site and in the community, promote special offers, and help grow our fitness community.

Key Responsibilities

Promotion & Outreach Actively promote gym memberships, programs, and offers inside the gym, nearby malls, events, offices, and residential areas. Distribute flyers, set up promotional booths, and engage people with a friendly approach.
Lead Generation Collect contact details of interested prospects and follow up. Assist in scheduling free trials or demo classes.
Social & Event Support Support gym events (fitness challenges, open houses, wellness fairs).
Customer Engagement Explain gym services, pricing plans, and benefits clearly. Answer basic fitness-related questions and direct prospects to trainers or sales team.

Working Hours

Flexible shifts; may include evenings or weekends depending on promotional events.

Compensation

Base salary (hourly/daily/monthly) + incentives/commissions based on leads and membership conversions.
