Promotional Staff

As a Promotional Staff Member for our gym/fitness brand, you will play a crucial role in driving memberships and creating excitement about our services. Your main responsibilities will include: - Actively promoting gym memberships, programs, and offers both inside the gym and in various locations such as malls, events, offices, and residential areas. You will distribute flyers, set up promotional booths, and engage with people in a friendly manner. - Collecting contact details of interested prospects, following up with them, and assisting in scheduling free trials or demo classes. - Providing support for gym events such as fitness challenges, open houses, and wellness fairs. - Engaging with customers by explaining gym services, pricing plans, and benefits clearly. You will also answer basic fitness-related questions and direct prospects to trainers or the sales team. The working hours for this position are flexible and may include evenings or weekends depending on promotional events. The compensation includes a base salary (hourly/daily/monthly) along with incentives/commissions based on leads and membership conversions. This opportunity is available in Sector 52, near Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, and is open to individuals looking for job types such as Fresher, Part-time, Internship, or Contractual/Temporary.
