Sales and Marketing Manager(IT sales)

Job Description (JD): The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives to achieve revenue growth targets. The role involves client acquisition, digital marketing supervision, team leadership, and partnership development to expand Zebrius Technologies’ presence in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities (JR):

Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close B2B and B2C leads for software, digital marketing, and IT services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate client contracts.
• Collaborate with the technical team to create customized software and marketing solutions.
• Track and analyze sales data to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
• Manage CRM pipeline and ensure proper documentation of all client interactions.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Create and implement data-driven marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, and email).
• Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, and performance marketing.
• Develop creative digital marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and promotional material.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, business events, and client meetings.

Team & Strategy:

• Lead, train, and mentor sales and marketing executives.
• Set monthly KPIs and performance metrics for the sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with the product and operations teams for go-to-market strategy.
• Drive both online and offline business growth initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
