Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with 6+ years of expertise in driving sales growth, creating impactful marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring revenue growth across luxury villas, resorts, and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
• Drive digital and offline marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and customer outreach.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with architects, planning, and operations teams to align project offerings with customer expectations.
• Represent the company at property expos, events, and networking forums.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to booking to handover.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, customer behaviour, and real estate sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value clients.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
