Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive specializing in Entrance Automation, your role will involve driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and promoting a range of automation products including automatic doors, gates, barriers, and access control systems. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. - Generate leads through various channels such as field visits, cold calling, referrals, and participation in industry events. - Conduct client meetings to understand needs and offer appropriate automation solutions. - Collaborate with the technical team for proposal creation, product demonstrations, and post-sales support. - Deliver persuasive sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to potential clients. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools. - Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and product awareness. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest enhancements. - Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders like architects, builders, and consultants. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team. Key Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within Entrance Automation or related fields. - Thorough understanding of products like automatic sliding doors, boom barriers, swing gates, sectional doors, etc. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or collaboratively. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and project coordination. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience with OEMs or system integrators in the automation sector. - Technical knowledge of automation systems and installation processes. - Local market awareness and an existing client network are advantageous.
