Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our Ludhiana office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wellness centers, and hospitals.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, workshops, and product demos to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Train and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and marketing ROI for management.
• Coordinate with the head office for product availability, logistics, and promotional materials.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives in coordination with the central marketing team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare, pharma, or wellness industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and wellness trends will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹51,387.74 per month
