Sales and Marketing Manager

You will be working as a Sales Marketing Manager at Maple Ash Resort, a luxury boutique hotel located in Wayanad, Kerala, India. Your role will involve driving sales, generating leads, and developing marketing strategies to meet the company's objectives. You will execute campaigns, track results, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders to reach target audiences successfully. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and managing the resort's brand and image. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and generate leads for Maple Ash Resort - Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with company objectives - Execute marketing campaigns and track results - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure campaign success - Build and manage the resort's brand and image Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in Marketing and Sales - Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities - Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns - Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Creative thinking and ability to innovate - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus You will be working full-time on-site at Maple Ash Resort.
