Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development:Identify target markets and create effective sales and marketing strategies to reach them.
• Lead Generation:Generate new leads through activities like cold calling, networking, social media, and responding to inquiries.
• Sales Process:Conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products or services, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, handle customer complaints, and gather feedback to improve offerings Key Skills & Qualifications
• Education:A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business management, or a related field is often required.
• Communication Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for presentations, pitches, and client interaction.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills:Proven ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and negotiate to close deals.
• Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze market data and sales reports to make informed decisions and improve strategies.
• Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office tools is often beneficial.
• Soft Skills:Project management, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in both team and independent environments are important.
