Job Description

Role Overview: As an intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer interactions, sales support, and team collaboration. Your main responsibilities will include handling customer calls, managing email communications, scheduling meetings, preparing quotations, resolving customer queries, and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets. Additionally, you will be expected to track and report on sales activities, contribute ideas for process improvement, and participate in team meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Handle outgoing and incoming customer/target customer calls professionally, pitch services, address queries, and provide product/service information. - Manage email communications effectively, ensuring prompt responses to customer queries. - Coordinate with customers to schedule meetings and manage logistical details for smooth interactions. - Prepare and send quotations to potential clients based on their specific needs. - Assist in handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently to enhance overall customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute plans aimed at achieving sales targets. - Track and report on sales activities and customer interactions using designated tools/software. - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer engagement data collection work, and market research. - Achieving sales targets is a prime responsibility.
