Position: Sales and Marketing Intern

Location: 2nd Floor, Apurva Radha Complex, 202, Boring Rd, Sri Krishna Puri, Patna, Bihar 800001

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives (Performance-based)

Duration: 6 Months

Expected Joining Date: ASAP

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Work Location: Work from Office/ On Field

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in on-field sales / Cold calls and product marketing activities to engage with customers directly.
• Reach out to prospective customers through calls to promote company products and build lasting relationships.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, etc.).
• Support the sales team with lead generation and client outreach.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials, presentations, and social media.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Help organize and manage events, webinars, or product launches.

Requirements:

• Willingness to engage in on-field work and perform face-to-face marketing and sales activities.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and marketing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
