Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern who will play a key role in driving student admissions and nurturing leads. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing team to engage prospects, understand their needs, and guide them through the TAC admissions process.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails) to explain TAC programs.
• Identify prospect needs and match them with the right TAC course offering.
• Maintain CRM records of leads and track follow-ups.
• Support in converting inquiries into admissions.
• Share feedback with the marketing team to refine campaigns.
• Collaborate with the admissions and placement teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Interest in sales, ed-tech, and career-building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided).
