Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research on current and potential clients, including company background, market position, and business objectives
• Perform comprehensive competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and positioning
• Analyze industry reports, market data, and consumer insights to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare research summaries and actionable insights for internal teams

Client Engagement

• Participate in client site visits to gather firsthand information about their operations, challenges, and opportunities
• Assist in conducting client interviews and surveys to understand their marketing needs and preferences
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of site visit findings
• Support relationship-building activities with existing and prospective clients

Data Collection & Reporting

• Utilize various research methodologies including primary and secondary research techniques
• Create comprehensive research reports with clear findings and recommendations
• Maintain research databases and ensure data accuracy and organization
• Present research findings to team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with digital managers to share brief reports and analysis for strategic alignment

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, or related field
• Previous internship or project experience in research, marketing, or business analysis is a plus

  : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

  : Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and research tools

Travel Requirements

• Must be willing and able to travel

  within Bengaluru and surrounding areas for client site visits
• Occasional outstation travel may be required
• Valid identification documents required for travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with market research tools and databases
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Previous experience in B2B or client-facing roles
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media research
