Role Description

This is an on-site internship as a Sales and Marketing Intern, located in Coimbatore, India. The intern will assist in generating leads, conducting market research, coordinating client interactions, and supporting customer engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, promoting training programs, and contributing to sales team efforts by managing sales documentation and follow-ups. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing strategies within the TIC industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Sales and Sales Management abilities to contribute to lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in Training-related activities to assist with the promotion and coordination of ISO training programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to work.
